  What challenges/problems were you having with your investing that necessitated a change?

  The main challenge was finding a process that fitted my lifestyle. I tried a number of different approaches but found they did not deliver on results and also required a lot of screentime. There is a lot of overpromising and underdelivering in this space which is disheartening especially when you are wasting time and money. I work and have a family so time is short as you probably imagine. We also enjoy travelling and exploring the great outdoors so it was essential for me to find a style of investing that could allow me to continue living my life but that also maximised the returns on my money and savings.

  The primary reason was that they taught trend following. I was familiar with this approach with the research I had done over the years but I had never found anyone who was able to teach it until I came across Sublime Trading through their social media content.   How did our team help with the learning and implementation of the methodology?

  Getting to grip with the methodology is unbelievably streamlined. You start with a video syllabus that takes hours to complete and lays out their strategy in detail with total transparency. All the finer details are explained such as the logic behind their bespoke tools, exit and entry points, risk management and compounding. The trading plan they share at the end of the syllabus brings it all together and helps bring a mechanical approach. If you are struggling with emotions like I was, then this trading plan is what you need. We then have the live community and weekly webinars to ask questions that Zaheer and Kola are involved in daily. This was a huge plus as they have not left the community to be run by other members.   The learning of the process is straightforward. It teaches you how to identify good assets using technical analysis but then also how to execute a strategy to make a profit. At this point, this is all theory. The support to go from theory to implementation, which is when the emotions and the self-doubt start kicking in, is of a level I have never experienced and you won’t find anywhere else. When it is your money on the line and past experiences have not been favourable, it is natural to be fearful to start taking positions even if you know you have found the right process.   I have plenty of life ahead of me so I intend to keep on working and investing the Sublime Trading way which will compound into a very healthy sum of money by the time retirement comes around. My conservative approach will build me a very handsome pot that I can leave behind for my kids, my motivation in life. I will be a lifelong member of this exceptional investing community.
